GTR Ceiling Moulding is a lightweight primed MDF crown profile that brings a decorative border to the top of a room. The lower density board is easier to lift and hold overhead than standard MDF, which makes fitting faster and less tiring for installers working on scaffolds or steps. The smooth, sanded surface accepts paint cleanly and keeps the profile detail sharp. It is intended for residential developers, hotel fit-out teams and wholesalers serving the interior decoration market.
A ceiling moulding draws the eye upward and softens the junction between wall and ceiling, giving a room a more resolved and complete appearance. Lightweight boards are especially useful on larger projects where installers handle hundreds of lengths, because reduced weight translates directly into less fatigue and faster progress. The stable MDF core does not swell or split like natural timber, and the primed face means the painter can work straight from the bundle after a light sand.

The moulding is specified for bedrooms, living areas and hotel rooms where a decorative ceiling border is wanted. It also suits offices, restaurants and retail spaces that need a finished junction between wall and ceiling. Because it is light and stable, it can be installed over existing plaster during a refurbishment without extensive preparation.
Packaging & Quality AssuranceBundles are shrink-wrapped with protective end caps and interleaving strips to keep primed faces clean, then stacked on export plywood pallets. Packaging protects the profile through handling and sea freight. Every batch is inspected for profile accuracy, priming quality and edge integrity, and inspection records are retained so a buyer query can be traced to its production run.
Ordering & CustomizationProfile widths and thicknesses can be customised to match an existing ceiling detail, and new tooling can be developed from a drawing or physical sample. Free samples are available for approval before volume production. Multiple profiles can be combined in one container, and our team will confirm tooling lead time, quantities and packing plans in the order acknowledgement.
