GTR Primed Wood Architrave Moulding is a decorative door frame trim produced from kiln-dried, finger-jointed pine. The 2.44m lengths are sealed and sanded at the factory, so fitters can install and paint in a single visit and keep labour costs down on repetitive openings. With its defined moulded edge, the profile reads as a decorative frame rather than a plain batten, which lifts the perceived quality of a completed interior.

Architrave is the visible border that surrounds a door frame and disguises the joint between the frame and the wall. It is handled and viewed constantly, so it needs to be straight, robust and easy to finish. By machining the profile from stable finger-jointed stock and priming it in the factory, GTR reduces the risk of wavy edges, knot shadows and inconsistent paint absorption, helping contractors deliver a clean handover on every site.

The architrave is specified for houses, apartments, hotels and offices where doors are trimmed to a common detail. Bundles are shrink-wrapped with corner guards and stacked on export plywood pallets for container loading. A moisture barrier keeps the primed faces clean and dry through long sea voyages.
